Useful information about your stay at Haus Pilch


Since we offer a range of additional services at Haus Pilch, we would like to inform you about them at this point.
Read on and you'll get the right answer to many of your questions!

>> Arrival and departure
Your room is ready for occupancy from 5:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m., we ask you to give us a short information in advance.
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

>> Late CheckOut
Would you like to use the day of your departure and only start your journey home in the evening? Then please let us know in advance so that we can stow your luggage in until then.

>> Local tax
The prices are exclusive of the legal local tax of € 2.00 per person / night. Children up to 14 years are free.

>> Catering
Unfortunately, there is no reimbursement or compensation for breakfast that is not consumed.

>> Deposit
The deposit comprises 30% of the amount booked. Please transfer the amount to our account at Volksbank Salzburg.

>> Parking facilities
Free parking spaces are available for your car at the house or in the nearby central parking garage.

>> Dogs
Dogs are welcome guests with us for € 10.00 per day without food. We ask for prior notice.

>> Ski passes
Ski passes can be purchased from us at reception if you order in advance.
We ask for your understanding that the ski pass cannot be taken back after a pre-order and will be charged even if it is not used.

>> Cancellations
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. There are no cancellation fees up to three months before the start of the holiday. We have to charge 60% of the holiday value up to one month before the start of the holiday. In the event of a later cancellation, 80% cancellation costs will be charged. In the event of a cancellation, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply.

>> Adjusted cancellation conditions for summer 2021
Up to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs.
Up to 1 week before the start of the holiday, 60% cancellation costs are due.
In the event of a later cancellation, 80% cancellation costs will be incurred.
On the same day or in the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the costs.

>> Flexi Booking: 0% cancellation fee - 100% security
Your booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival (arrival day = day 14) without giving a reason. In the case of short-term cancellations, the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry come into force.

In the event of an official closure of the company, cancellation is free!

>> Payment
We recommend that you pay your bill in cash, with an EC card, Mastercard or Visa credit card.
